Project Overview

A turnkey family reunion platform designed mobile-first for multi-generational use with a full admin panel so the planning committee can manage every detail without touching code. Features include AJAX photo uploads with server-side GD optimization, a fullscreen auto-rotating slideshow, a touch-optimized dark-themed check-in kiosk with real-time attendance counter, family milestone tracking with condolence guestbooks, and Telnyx-powered bulk SMS broadcasting. Built as a zero-dependency PHP MVC. The reunion-agnostic schema means one codebase serves years of family gatherings.
